  1. SIGN UP CONFIRMATION: Registration confirmation will be sent by email after proof of payment.
  2. DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION:
    Applications via the website will be accepted until 09/28/2026. After this date, only at the event location, if available.

  4. REGISTRATION AT THE EVENT SITE:

    • Payment in the name of the company to obtain a receipt will only be accepted upon presentation of written authorization;
    • Payment methods accepted on site will be cash or credit card.
  5. ACCESS TO THE EVENT SITE (Premium Membership):

    • It will be mandatory to present an identification document to access the event;
    • Children under 18 will not be allowed entry.
  6. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY:
    PREMIUM
    Cancellation requests must be requested by email. Reimbursement of the registration fee will be made in accordance with the policy below.

    1. Up to 45 days before the event: 50% refund of the amount paid;
    2. Up to 20 days before the event: refund of 20% of the amount paid;
    3. Less than 20 days before the event: there will be no refund of the amount paid. Only substitutions will be accepted, upon formal communication from the company via email.

    Failure of the participant to attend the event will not result in automatic cancellation of registration or refund of the amount previously paid. Information,

    DIGITAL

    There will be no refund of the amount paid, as the lectures can be accessed at any time after they begin on the event’s exclusive platform.

  7. PARKING: Not included in the registration fee.
  8. OTHER INFORMATION: 8.1. We will not be responsible for personal items left at the event location. 8.2. By joining the Congress, participants
    agree that photographs and footage taken during the event may be used by the organizers to promote the sector and the event.
